The food was excellent, service too was great and friendly. Was my first time there, but not my last.

Been here many times. Looks like a dive from the outside. Small bar and 10 tables inside. Outside deck for summer additional seating. Great local bar been in business 31 years. Lou the owner/bartender/cook has kept this place thriving. Great food and drinks. Wait staff friendly and professional. Never disappointed.

Awesome place to eat nice size portions also the adult drinks are really good. Place this spot on your maps for a great place to eat or just hang out.. Just make sure on the weekends you make a reservation.

We tried the famous seafood bisque twice and found it to be consistently yummy. Loved the cheeseburger and the garlic bread with cheese too! Friendly staff and a nice cozy place.Absolute must try for road trippers who are looking for quick eats that are worth its price. (P.S. They have “covid-safe” measures for dine in)

Went here for my birthday, had a great time! $1 beers on Wednesday if you have one of their cups, fantastic food and a homey service. Would definitely recommend this hole-in-the-wall place if you are traveling through.

A hidden gem. You would never guess how good the food and service is by looking at the outside of the establishment. Our waitress was awesome. The food so good. The vet selection, perfect. Hint. Make reservations and order dessert on advance.We will be back.

Excellent local atmosphere- with Lou's spin on fresh Italian dishes and Ann's AMAZING desserts- the carrot cake is so moist and the best in the county. My husband loves, loves, loves the potato soup. A hidden gem in Perry county!

Food was pretty good but a bit pricey. Service also was pretty good but could have been better since they weren't at all busy. Parking here is what needs addressed. The lower lot where you go in is awful as is the road to it. We were on Motorcycles and didn't feel comfortable navigating the steep gravel and pothole filled hill. Overall It was just an ok experience...not sure if i will go back or not.

Awesome little gem only 20 min north of Harrisburg! Fantastic lineup of craft beers and food was delicious. Gotta try it out if you have time going or coming from State College.

Always a good time. Awesome steaks, creative dinner specials, and one outstanding crab cake. Be greeted by a friendly and pleasant staff as well. Nice selection of beer on tap. Quaint atmosphere. Definitely a hometown feel to this place. Weeknight sandwich and bar menu pretty good too. Be sure to make a reservation on the weekend though. One of those places you tend to overstay your welcome. You know it's family run because you'll be treated like a member.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is very nice inside. Great food and great service. Exceptional craft beer selection.

Worth the stop for dinner. We will make it a point to go back. The food was great and the staff were genuinely happy we were there. Take a cooler along for leftovers because the portions are huge. The side of Mac n cheese would have been a meal on its own.

First time eating there fir lunch. Had their seafood chowder. It was 5 stars! My friend and I split a huge fresh salad with chicken and incredible fries on top.

What a strange, tiny, hobbit hole of a place! We were camping with friends who took us there. If I'd have just happened in alone, I would probably be a tad scared! Surprisingly good bar though! Had me a Russian IPA in a place that I would have expected to only stock Yuengling and Miller Light. Memorable!

Great food and awesome service by Vanessa. The steak melted in your mouth and the florentine ravioli were delicious. Took the salted caramel cheesecake home and it was also outstanding. Great wine and beer selection also. Love this place!
